ULDA strictly follows the quality policy of “Quality First, Full-crew participation, Meticulous Construction, Satisfactory Products and Services for Customers” and disqualified products will in no case be permitted to leave the factory.

1. Rigidity and strength of racks of ULDA are in conformity with the standards of GB/T 1.1-2000 and GB/T 1.2-2002 combined metal racks.
2. Bending deflection of bearing beam in case of full load is not more than L/250mm.
3. Rolled steels used in main structure of racks are from Shanghai Baosteel Group Corporation.
4. Section materials used by racks are manufactured by professional equipment such as cold bending roll, automatic press and bender and examined and inspected by relevant inspection facilities and instruments.
5. Weld zones such as base frame are complied with national standards to ensure even, secured, non sealing-off and cold joint of welding seam.
6. Surface pretreatment and spray finishing of racks and their parts and auxiliary equipment are conducted on advanced automatic spray finishing assembly line. Its process is rust removal → degreasing → drying → electrostatic painting → drying → packing inspection and warehousing. Huajia powder provided by the joint venture established by American DuPont Company in China is used in production.
7. Racks manufactured by ULDA enjoys one (1) year of warranty period and lifelong maintenance. ULDA will send maintenance personnel to the field within 48 hours upon receiving call in case of quality faults of racks within the warranty period. ULDA is responsible for timely maintaining and repairing the faults other than arising from product quality with maintenance costs to be borne by accountability unit.
